1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions ("T&C") apply to all contracts, consultations, and services concluded between locuspartner ("Agency" or "we") and the customer ("Customer" or "you").

2. Scope of Services

locuspartner is a boutique consultancy offering strategic planning and project management services for acquiring the Greek Golden Visa and real estate investments. We coordinate with independent local attorneys and tax advisors.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded when the customer accepts an offer from locuspartner in writing (e.g., by email) or when locuspartner begins providing the services with the customer's knowledge.

4. Remuneration and Payment Terms

The remuneration for our services is based on the individual offer or the current price list. All prices are exclusive of the statutory value-added tax, unless stated otherwise. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing without deduction.

5. Liability

locuspartner is liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation). Liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. We accept no liability for the services provided by third-party lawyers or tax advisors.

6. Final Provisions

The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the registered office of locuspartner.
